Real Deal Brazil Brisa Ventilated Recycled Tarp Hat, Handcrafted in Brazil

I like the design and materials used in hat - that's why I bought it. Was not expecting had to arrive it a flattened state that has yet to rebound to shape shown in picture. Money saved on shipping I guess. Looks like it was run over.

I was so excited for this hat but ended up very disappointed. I know they're all a little different and unique but it was way off from the picture, didn't even really seem like the same hat, my friends agreed. Mine was extremely light in color and was way too small. It came very deflated and sad looking too. I really wanted to love this hat but it was truly disappointing. Returning asap, might take another shot at it with a bigger size but also may just go with something else. Love the idea for these hats but maybe include more pictures of the variations in color and look so people get a better idea. It didn't get 2 or 1 star because maybe I just got a bad batch.

I bought this hat to be used as my landscaping and camping hat. So far I've only worn it a handful of times, but I already like it better than previous hats with similar designs. In the words of a co-worker who saw wearing it for the first time, "You look like you're about to go pouch alligators".Who can argue with that line of thinking? As much as I like the hat so far, I am planing some modifications. I'm going to dye it brown, and put a grommet and hole into it for a piece of 550 chord. I'm also going to reshape it so that the brim sits down lower to block more of the sun.Pros: fits well, feels sturdy, looks awesome, is adjustable, breaths fine where the mesh is, does what I want a hat to do, makes me look good while blocking the sun, has a cool story printed on the inside of the hatCons: The color of mine is baby poop green/yellow. I read that this ran small, but it’s really small. Cheap looking too. Not at all what I expected or wanted. Not sure I’ll give it as the gif5 it was intended to be.

Great hat and durable. It’s my second one I’ve purchased.. It’s great for farm or outdoor work or just chilling at the beach.
