It's a good product but I'm not sure if it's any different than taking advil. I wouldn't say it necessary helped my bloating and water retention, although it helped my discomfort.

I dont ever review things, but I need the girlies to know that if you struggle with bad bloating during your periods, you need this! I used to be limited to only a few pieces of clothing because my stomach would be so much bigger. Now my stomach is completely normal during my period. I take it as directed the whole week of my period. I wouldn't take it regularly when I am not on it because I dont think its safe to take any kind of diuretic regularly because of dehydration (and why take pills when you dont need to) but I did a lot of research and its 100% safe to take everyday with lots of water. Seriously a game-changer.
