I love this shower head! Included in the box was a water conserving valve piece... I did not install it because I want the water pressure. I love the setting options. You can get super blast pressure up to softer. The higher pressure is like having a steam shower. It's so great! Works the back muscles to perfection. I also love that it's super easy to install. Probably about 10 minutes. The hose is longer & of good weight. Not like other plastic junk I've had in the past. It looks to be very well made & I anticipate it will last several years. Which leads me to great value price. I'm a super researcher on stuff & I've purchased & read about all kinds of these same shower heads. You're really getting a great value, well made, perfect shower head. Trust me. Stop reading everything & buy this one. It's the one!

I had a fixed shower head that was very one dimensional. You couldn't direct the spray to the walls if you were trying to clean them and every time we bathed our dogs, we needed to use buckets. It's been about 10 years since we installed it so I decided it was time for a change. I read all the reviews for this item and decided to take a chance even at the low price point. However, installation was nothing. I unscrewed the old one by hand, used the enclosed pipe tape on the stem then hand tightened the new one into place. Zero leaks! And the pressure is amazing. I feel like Kramer in the shower head episode of Seinfeld. Plus my 6'1"son is loving having the spray over his head. Plus we've bathed both of our dogs already and it's so much easier to wash out the shampoo. In my own hair conditioner take seconds to rinse. Love this product and you can't beat the price! Yes, the head and connections are plastic but the flexi hose is metal and everything feels solid. Zero complaints!

Initially both showerheads we got were impressive. A few months into using them, the main bathroom flow went down basically to gravity camp shower. Replaced hoses, O-rings, cleaned with vinegar and baking soda and still nothing. Less frequently used showerhead was still strong. Finally, it clicked that the flow regulator in this unit is nothing more than a small o-ring INSIDE the showerhead itself and that has possibly been worn out with use. It would have been nice to know this during the install. After removing this the flow is back to normal. You will need some kind of a Hook and Pick Set (automotive dept.) to remove the ring. You can remove just the rubber ring or the whole plastic stopper that holds the ring. We had these for 3 years now and at the time cost of $53 each. Our house has extremely high water pressure which would cause our old showerhead to drip a lot when turning on the tub spout but when the showerhead was turned on, the pressure wasn't very high. It was weird so I replaced it with one from a local hardware store and that one was even worse. It had plenty of pressure but when we would fill the tub to bath our daughter, the pressure for the house would still spray out of the showerhead. After some research and reading reviews, I bought this showerhead. At first the pressure wasn't what I expected but the dripping stopped, so that was a plus. As some of the reviews suggested, I took off the showerhead, removed the red and white pressure regulator, hooked it back up and the pressure was perfect. It's been a couple of weeks and my wife and I love it. If you have a high pressure water system and need less pressure, leave the regulator in. It's still really good pressure, but my wife and I like the pressure really high. The low water setting is perfect for rinsing our 18 month old daughter's hair. When she gets water in her face she gets really upset so it make rinsing difficult but the low water setting makes it easier to control where the water goes and makes bath time much easier. And something about the main spray setting makes washing the dog not just easier, but seems to rinse her quicker that previous ones. tl:dr 1. Easy to install. 2. Good water pressure (Great water pressure after removing regulator). 3. Handles a high pressure water system very well. 4. Makes bathing toddler and dog much easier.

My home was built in the early 2,000's and the water pressure is ok considering it is a 3 story townhome. I bought this to replace a worn out shower head: -easy to install, put the washers at both ends of the metal hose -head is plastic but the settings click nicely and transition smoothly and plastic is lighter than metal so I am ok with it the head itself is bigger in diameter than my old one and it makes a considerable distance with the water disbursement -I always thought the townhouse just had bad water pressure, but with this shower head; there is a considerable improvement in pressure (tip: remove the water filter with washer that is inside the shower head before you attach it to the hose) this greatly improves water pressure -I like the last setting which turns off the water, it's nice for when you are cleaning your bathtub or even your dog -the price is very reasonable, I even bought a 2nd one for the other bathroom and got a coupon.. so anything under 30.00$ is reasonable -Prime shipping makes it free, easy and quick delivery

I don't use the "massage" features, but the normal spray and temporary shutoff work great. It doesn't feel "low-flow" and it's easy to adjust the angle of the shower head when not using as hand-held. Hooked up in less than a minute with no leaks. Overall best shower head I've had in a long long time and at a reasonable price.

This does nothing a basic product would not do, over priced and really not worth it at all.
