My husband is a real mans man and he has Irritable Bowel Syndrome. He needed these for the hospital and also months later at home. He feels that these briefs really absorb all accidents and he feels secure and no one can suspect he is wearing these. He is also comfortable. ( He had something else that had to be attached at either side of the waist and they were too hard to maneuver by himself with limited range of motion.) These remain discreet under his pants. There is no 'plastic diaper' odor because there is no plastic in them. If he has a reacher, and is at the toilet, he can get them on like underwear briefs. One thing we are not sure of, they may give reduced aeration around the crotch (after days of use) and cause a bladder infection.........he did get 1 of these at the hospital and later on about a month after being home. I would be sure to keep the area clean if you use this type of thing......But buy them with confidence. They are a great designed product!

They aren’t as good as they used to be.They leak very bad and they don’t cover your whole butt so you feel like you have on a g string.

Good product especially for the elderly... Comfortable to put on and remove as it has an elastic band around the waist stretches easily without leaving marks or hurting the skin.... recommended for all who require comfort and discretion.....

It absorbs a lot, but not enough for my 5 year old, Moreover it doesn't fit 20"/51cm, so I won't buy it again.

I bought these for my 4 year old who has outgrown pull ups. We only use them at night time and he leaked through them 90% of the time. I won't buy again.
