These are awesome for anyone that has irregular bowel movements or anyone taking ozempic or monjaro. These def work. However I took 2 to start (worked wonderfully) and usually will take 1 Every couple days. If I haven’t had a movement in like 2-3 days then I’ll take two. Also, to keep regular I take that tasteless fiber powder bag you can buy on Amazon (equate brand) or Walmart that also keeps you regular in between and is much more affordable. One big tub is $10 and I put a large scoop in myCoffee every morning to keep regular. It is absolutelyTasteless so you can put it in any liquid. Before doing this, I’d go once a week but now I go everyday or every other day. Highly recommended.

This product is PHENOMENAL! This has been part of my self care journey for about 7 years now! Whether you are in need of a full cleanse and detox or need a daily routine, it works! Take 5 every night for a few days if you need a full cleanse and take 1 or 2 every night for a great maintenance routine! And it’s best to take them just before bedtime and then drink a full glass of water first thing when you wake up! This product will keep your digestive system clean and moving! And of course Amazon is always on time with their delivery! Two thumbs up!

They work great

For me, this works well. I only need to take two with two glasses of water before bedtime. I also follow the direction to take at least three hours after eating. I have no cramps, no diarrhea using this product. It is effective first thing in the morning. It also seems to work for a few days. What I don’t particularly like is the size of the capsule, I’d prefer a smaller capsule but it is what it is. For me, I do think eating fiber food is important so that only two are needed.

Ive tried so many different prebiotic, laxatives, and detoxes. This by far is the best. For me it starts to work about 7 hours after taking it which makes it easier to plan when to take it. It doesn't cause any cramping or discomfort for me. It keeps me regular. I am petite but still take the recommended 2 per day dosage

LOVE this stuff and cannot live without it. According to Amazon, I have purchased this 56 times, so that should tell you something. No joke I have taken this every single day since 2016 and it works great for keeping you regular. I have tried everything and nothing else worked for me, not even extreme measures like colonics. It's advertised as a "cleanse", but you can safely take it in adjustable doses on a daily basis. I even brought the bottle with me to my doctor's office and she approved it for daily usage. You can play with the dosage to see what works for you. When you first start taking it you might want to be at home so you are close to the toilet, just in case. Your custom dose might take some adjustment.I take this product at night with a large glass of water. Within about 15-20 minutes it makes me very sleepy. I've heard that magnesium does this, so this is just an added benefit for me.For a year or so I tried using a much cheaper generic brand and found I had to take about 30% more in order to get the same impact, so I switched back. I'm a lifer!!!TIP: Buy the larger size with 180 capsules. You will save a lot of money!
