Nice fan
Not familiar with the brand, I had some reservations. But I am happy to say this is a very nice, well-built fan. The variable wall switch was questionable, so I used one made by Hampton Bay that is sturdier and worth the extra $15. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Really Nice Fan
We purchased the Oil Rubbed Bronze version of this fan and it looks great. We have a bright white ceiling and the contrast is very nice looking. It was easy to install which was a bonus because I had to use 12' scaffolding to do so. I have 17 foot ceilings so I went with the 24" downrod which is a perfect length. The switch the fan comes with has 4 speed settings; 1 being the fastest and 4 being the slowest. I thought that was weird but not a deal breaker by any means. Setting 1, (highest speed) moves a lot of air and does make a little noise but that's to be expected given the amount of air it moves. Setting 4 (lowest speed) is perfect if you just want to keep the air moving. With ambient noise you can't even hear the fan at this speed. All in all, this is a great fan thus far and provided nothing malfunctions or starts rattling, we will remain satisfied customers. If anything should change, I will be sure to update my review.

Minka aire 62” ceiling fan
Second Minka Aire fan purchased because they is simplistically beautiful and very reliable. Installation is easy and I appreciate the manufacture provides enough wiring so that you don’t have to purchase an electrical extension kit if you use an extended down rod (unlike Hunter, where I will never buy a ceiling fan again). The only reason this fan gets 4 out of 5 stars is (1) the white colored switch does not match the standard white color of other light switches (I have a multi gang box), and (2) the fan starts at high and reduces to low speed. I am use to fans starting at low then incrementing to high.

Good fan if you live in an area without any wind.
At first we were really happy with his fan-it was a good price and good quality for an outdoor fan for our pergola. We had it professionally installed by an electrician. However in less than a year we found one of the blades in our yard…completely ripped off from the base. Not very durable. At least not in any weather of any kind.

Looks really nice, just not as powerful as i thought it would be.

Great fan
Great fan that is easy to install and the noise level is not loud. The switch that they give you could be more updated to blend in with most fan switches. The switch is an easy swap out if you don't like the style. Overall this is a great fan.

Very easy to install
We installed this fan on a covered patio with cathedral ceiling. It only took 20 minutes to install with a 36” Downrod.
