Padezco de fasitis plantar y me ayudaron algo en amortiguar la pisada, me cuesta mucho trabajo apoyar mi pie y a pesar de contar con tenis memory foam esta plantilla me ayudo cuando salía a ejercitarme. Trabajo en una planta automotriz por lo que debo de llevar zapato industrial de casquillo más de 10 horas, las plantillas sin duda ayudaron con ello, solo comento que con ellas si se me ajusta más el zapato.

Sono diventati indispensabili. Comodissimi io li uso interposti tra suola e calza. Migliorano l'aspetto della calzata, l'appoggio, l'andatura e la pronosupinazione del piede distribuendo il carico anche sull'avampiede. Ci ho messo una settimana ad abituarmi ma ora non potrei più farne a meno. Per chi ha il piede quasi completamente piatto e tallone pressoché inesistente, sono indispensabili. Consigliatissime
