UPDATE:Seller returned my message about the damaged tip quickly and sent out a replacement right away. We received it quickly too. Would definitely do business with them again. It works perfectly now and has a nice round spray pattern, as it should.Works fine but the tip is damaged. Due to the damage it definitely isn’t spraying in a circular pattern. I will contact the seller for a replacement part (I don’t want the hassle of an exchange) and will change my review if they fix the problem.So far it seems like a good starter airbrush. It was purchased as a bday gift for our 15yr old. He makes comic movie props for fun and goes through a lot of spray paint. We thought this would be cheaper and also allow him to add details that spray paint can’t. He is using thinned out craft acrylic paints with a homemade thinner (2c distilled water-1/2c ea 91% alcohol & fantastik cleaner-4 drops glycerin) for now. So far no clogs but will need to play with thickness a bit more since it went on a bit too sheer. The first round was metallic gold, then red and then we both messed around with black.He’s used it once and I’ve messed with it a couple times too. Seems to made well, all the parts fit together well and it’s got some weight to it, not too much plastic except where it should be (at least my opinion. I’m sure a $50 one with a removable cup would be better but this is perfect for a first timer…if they replace the tip.We are using a 6 gallon craftsman air compressor along with a separate air regulator/water separator piece. It’s definitely cheaper going this route and we won’t need to replace the compressor anytime soon. I’ve heard bad things about the little compressors so we thought this would be best for now. We may upgrade to a quite airbrush compressor with a 1 gallon tank later. If your new to this it may be a good option if you already have a compressor. All in all not bad except for the tip.

I'm constantly looking for a nice airbrush, that sprays evenly, since I make cake a lot. At first, the gun was working well, then, it just completely stopped. I used it literally for 5 minutes. Needless to stay, I returned it immediately.

Great little airbrush! I'm pretty new to airbrushing and painting in general, and this was easy to pick up and use for me as a beginner. You can control both the airflow and the paint flow with the dual action trigger which is really nice. It seems to paint nice and smooth and I haven't had any clogging issues thus far. Just make sure you give it a good cleaning after each use!

This is a solid gravity feed airbrush. The cup is built into the airbrush, which is new for me. I see the advantage of that, as there are less areas for the paint to get stuck when cleaning. The airbrush has a wide range, from a small area to a rather heavy blast. It can do whatever you need your airbrush to do.Make sure to keep it clean, and this one will definitely last you a long time.
