An introductory manual
A good introductory primer for Ngo Cho Kun Kung Fu. It is, also, recommended to get the Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu book by Alex Co. This is in order to juxtapose and accompany this one for a big picture view of the style. This book is good for laymen who have no idea what the style is about. It is especially interesting to those that practice Kara-Te as there is a direct influence on their martial art. Experienced martial artists might want to take a pass on this one. There are no secrets nor nothing new here under the sun for advanced martial artists. The book is an interesting read though for curiosity's sake.

Southern Shaolin Style Phillipiness
I skim through the book its definitely informative on the style. I have previous experience in Chinatown Boston-Arnis style. This is a cool addition to my library!

Comprehensive
Not bad. Comprehensive and the foto guide of the basic forms easy to follow. However the black and white print gets in the way of picture clarity. Really hope that this writer will publish more instructional manuals and release a set of dvds on more Ngo Cho forms and drills preferably IN COLOUR.

Good Intro to the System
This book was a good introductory book to the Ngo Cho System, I wanted more information on the more advanced techniques, but you get a lot of details on basics and application of basics.
