Doesn't work beware!! You need a resistor installed
This ignition does not have a resistor on it that the GXXR 750/600 needs for the computer to read the ignition or you will get a c42 code. You have to solder on a resistor to this ignition or swap out the electrical parts from your old ignition into the new one. DO NOT buy this ignition unless you want problems.

Different than stock, but do-able.
As other evoews have stated, this unit doesn't work... kinda. there IS a resistor in there; I took it apart to verify. What IS different is the number of contacts inside the ignition switch. I only needed a new lock set, so I swapped the electrical guts from my old ignition to this one, and it works fine. If you can operate a screwdriver, and pay attention to the order you removed a few parts, you can do it too.

Didn’t work for bike indicated!
Unfortunately, didn’t work for the bike stated that it would. Just a waste of money.

No resistor
I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you’re ready to put the old parts from your old ignition into this one, as it doesn’t have a resistor and will just cause your bike to throw fi and C42 codes at you (will not start).

Almost perfect but for the price its good
The most important part on the 2006 gsxr and newer is the 100ohm resistor thats not installed, that the bike needs to turn off the security/ prime the fuel pump. Other wise fitment good and everything turns smoothly.

Not compatible with my 07 gsxr 600
This product does not work on my 2007 gsxr 600. I ordered the first time and parts where damage. Ordered again for a replacement and part don’t go to my gsxr. I need a refund asap
