I read somewhere in these reviews that they loved the carrier but they had to marks on the screen part of the carrier that looks like a magic marker I would say. Believe it or not I had the same experience. But I love everything else about it it serves it’s purpose so I kept the merchandise with the damaged black marksI purchased the gray one the other reviewer that said this purchased gray as well. But hands-down it works it functions and it’s perfect for what I needed it for.

When you pick the color you want (I picked grey) the image change to an ash pink , I secretly was hoping to get that color. Received the actual color I selected which works. I loved the size perfect for my 2 month Yorkie with space when she grows , the cozy comfy mat is a plus. It’s a great carrier even my 10 year old can handle without assistance. Highly recommend.
