How did I live without this?
I massage my knees regularly with this ice orb. Not only does it reduce pain but I get the benefit of a massage with it as well. I keep it in my freezer so it's always ready to use.

It really works
Love everything about it. Versible for hot and cold. Had foot surgery and used it to help keep scar tissue down. Love it. I highly recommend it.

It’s easy to use, and practical. The cover gets very cool to hold. You need something to hold at the beginning. And the cold time could be a little longer. I have not used it yet, warm. Overall it’s worth buying it.

Hard clean
Hard to clean. Have to use a chop stick to pop ball out from hole. Wanna clean after each use.
