Used this as a border in my son's room. He loves it, and we can all write sweet messages to him on it. Worked well on the wall (painted a few days before), but you do have to take care to get it to apply straight, as the tape will stretch and bend somewhat easily.

I used this tape as a decoration on a tablecloth and wrote the menu on it with chalk markers. It came out very nice. I would purchase the product again for a more permanent usage. At the price, it was perfect for the occasion.

Were able to write on this with a liquid chalk markers, i am not sure if a regular chalk will do as well

Don't use liquid chalk on these. It very tough to remove. Plain chalk works fine.

This Chalkzies stuff is really cool! I had heard of chalkboard paint but this chalkboard tape was a first for me. :) I absolutely love it and now I am finding all kinds of ways to use it. First, it is really easy to release the tape from the roll because the back is lined with paper. There's no fighting for an end or having tape tearing. It applies easily and it also easy to remove if you want to change the position or to just move somewhere else. Because of the paper backing, you can write on your label before you apply it. I have been using them to label mason jars in my kitchen. I use mason jars to store things like popcorn kernels, cacao powder, grains, etc. These chalkboard tape labels are brilliant! I used special scissors to cut scalloped edges. Not only do they look cool and rustic but they are also functional. I can label the jar and then when I finish that food and use the jar for something else, I can erase the label and change it from rice to macaroni. I got my hands on some chalk pens because I think these look more tidy than the standard chalk I was using. They are a little harder to wipe off and I have found the basic white chalk was smudging a little here and there. We are planning a wedding in the near future and I know that this product will really come in handy when sticking to a rustic, farmhouse type theme. This is going to save lots of time that I would have wasted on taping off and actually painting chalkboard onto glasses, cans and jars for displays. AND then those glass items can be repurposed later because the tape will not damage them when you remove it. This chalkboard tape is very similar to the vinyl adhesive decals you can put on your wall, or the removable chalkboard labels you can stick to jars, etc. You can cut it to the length you need, and wipe if off and reuse it as much as you want. This stuff has a lot of different uses, I used it to label some pantry items I had in bins. I also plan on making a "picture frame" out of some. I still have quite a bit left, so I am sure I will come up with a multitude more of uses for this. This chalkboard tape would be an awesome product for teachers, and for anyone into organizing or crafty projects.I used a liquid chalk pen, and on one of my labels I made, I made a mistake and I was able to wipe it off with a wet paper towel, no issues. I also removed and replaced a few pieces, no issues and it seems like it will stick to any flat surface quite well. I used regular scissors to cut the amount I wanted, I think if you had a shape-punch you could use that as well if you wanted to cut some of this into a shape. You get 180 inches total of this.The only thing I wanted to make sure to add, is be very careful when you are opening this when you first get it...I got a little too excited about using it and proceeded to start ripping off the label and clear tape which holds the end of the chalk tape roll down, I ended up with some clear tape residue and I ripped part of the chalk tape on one section....so just be careful, open the roll up slowly and carefully remove the clear tape that is holding the end to the roll as well as the outer plastic label, it has some adhesive on it as well.Promotional sample provided for in home evaluation.
