Pathetic product and poor Amazon customer service

The stand wasn’t able to hold my mobile upright after 3-4 uses. Unfortunately the warranty period had expired by the time I realised this. Tried to contact the seller several times but there was no response. Amazon’s pathetic customer service couldn’t help either. Every agent had a different answer. All the numbers that they shared were incorrect. Ultimately they said they didn’t have contact details of the seller
