Manta Makes are the best company I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. When placing my order I emailed them to see if the words were accepted & had a reply within the hour. The cushion was delivered the following day & it was perfect… or so I thought. It was only when checking my email late that day I saw one from Manta apologising for the wording not being in the order as agreed & they were re-making it. Tbh the cushion looked so perfect I’d not even noticed. To receive a product & service that exceeded my expectations was brilliant but the honesty from Manta Makes & being pro-active when realising they’d made a "very slight" mistake was exceptional. I will definitely use this company again & 100% recommend them to everyone.

It was a shame, that I couldn't place the names myself, because the choice of the "professional" type setters was all wrong (in my opinion) and made it a disappointing and expensive present. Fortunately, my Mum still liked the cushion, but it could have been so much beter, if I had been able to decide on name placement.I gave this feedback to the supplier, by the way and they haven't responded after 3 weeks. Maybe not such a serious company, after all.

ordered this on Sunday evening, had it posted direct to a friend (global pandemic and COVID rules prevented me from giving her a physical hug in her time of need).... and received a text on Tuesday lunchtime from her saying she’d received it, and has hugged it loads.It’s not as good as a real hug but but in these strange times it was an excellent alternative and I would definitely order another if the occasion calls for a “alternative hug”.

What an amazing concept. Simple, to the point and huggable. A quality product that arrived a day early and packaged really well. Five stars well deserved.
