Yay to these bags!!!4 cats = 4 litter boxes = a lot of poop!CA stopped using plastic bags at the grocery store a few months ago. Needed something to empty the litter boxes. Reviews on other brands said the bags were thin and tore easily. I didn't want that for obvious reasons! Others were just way too expensive. Didn't want to pay a lot because, well, they are bags I would be using for poop.Cleaned them today and the bag held up great! Easy to get out of the box and enough room to tie at the top. Didn't even tear when I tossed it into the outside trash can. Couldn't be more pleased! I would have added a photo, but really, no one wants to see that!

I’m so happy I bought these bags! There perfect for our small trash cans. They do NOT have any odor or scent. The box they come in is compact and an excellent one-bag-at-a-time dispenser. Most trash bags are in a box that’s way too big and it takes up too much space. This box is so compact and sturdy enough to support bag removal without crumpling or the cardboard tearing. They really do come out one at a time, they are not one long continuous roll of bags. I hate that! Okay back to what I love . . . you can see though the bag. If you have kids, you know they do inexplicable things, like throw away 1/2 full bottle of sunscreen or “hide” their brothers sunglasses in the trash can. It’s nice to be able to see what’s been thrown out. They hold as much trash as a Target/grocery store bag. I used to line the bathroom trash with grocery bags so if you know that size will suit your needs so will these perfect little Purring bags. We’ve used them to quickly pack up bathroom items for a last minute road trip and they were great for holding bottles of kids body wash, kids shampoo, and a few bath toys. They didn’t rip or leak and were used to bring damp things back home without issue. Damp bathing suits made it back home from the beach without getting my suitcase wet. That’s when I declared we would never be without these bags. Yes they’re perfect for bathrooms and other small trash cans but they passed the Traveling With Kids Test and I don’t ever want to be without them. You can tie the top in a knot and then RE-OPEN the bag without tearing it. High quality, people. Get them.

I use clumping litter. Well, to be more precise, I buy the stuff and my cat uses it. So, I’ve tried all kinds of bags and collectors for the weekly used litter. Including automatic litter boxes and litter genie devices that collect litter in one bag with odor proof seal. I tried the kind of bags on a little roll designed for dog walkers if-you-know-what-I-mean, and the same thing in the baby department only a bit cheaper.Next, I found bags on a roll, on Amazon, with an included cardboard dispenser box with a cord so it could be hung on a doorknob or something. I THOUGHT I found the best bags.THEN...I ran across these!The small size has more than enough room for a day’s clumping litter for one. I like the pull-one-out dispenser box even better than the roll—with or without a dispenser, and the drawstring. If I want to tie it tighter, I twist the top of the bag and wrap the pulled drawstrings around that and tie. My previous (first) purchase had a different design drawn on so I don’t know if that’s changed periodically. It lasted me a long time so the one I’m reordering has a cowboy design. I don’t know if they’ve changed the dispenser, described as “easier and faster now”—looks the same to me. I don’t need to put the bag in a wastebasket to scoop into; the top stays open well enough for what I need.I’m happy to pay a bit more for this product considering everything.

We have been using these for several months for cat litter. We have two cats and clean our multiple boxes twice a week. These easily hold all the waste our two cats produce.Not a single bag has had a small hole where litter could leak. Because of this, during a recent illness, these became my throw up bags. It sounds odd, but they are small, no odor or scent, and no holes for leaking!!

These are nice bags. I like that they're easy to separate because I have nerve damage in both hands so it's harder to open the regular Hefty bags. I like that they're not so soft that I can easily put my thumb through them. They're the best bags I've ever used for kittie litter because they're wide open at the top so I can lay it over the top rim of the litter box & easily put the scoop inside. You shouldn't fill them up to the top because you'll need to leave a few inches free to be able to tie them in a knot. Purple is a great color because it goes with my bathroom colors. They're a very translucent plastic.
