Excelent mask!
Definitely this is the best SCUBA and free diving mask I have tried in my 35+ years of underwater experience. So comfortable that I simply forget that I am wearing a mask underwater. Wide field of view and extremely clear view. Good buckles which help easy to adjust the strap. The mask is well described by the manufacturer Atomic Aquatics and in other reviews and I do not want to repeat them here. Here I want to clear two problems that were raised in some of the critical reviews part of which show misunderstanding of these problems and their solutions.Does the mask leak? The answer is "yes" and "no" simultaneously and depends on the peculiarities of the face on which it is/will be put on. On one face the mask may leak, on other it may not leak. The only advice here is to try it before you buy it: put the mask on your face (without the strap) and inhale slightly from the nose. If the mask "glues" to your face without air coming in, this mask is for you. If you are a man and you have moustache, then this may be a problem and the mask may leak; if this is your case, you may consider removing (part of) the moustache. It should also be noted that the Atomic Aquatics Venom Mask (with ARC) is for "large" faces. I don't know what exactly a "large" face is but my head circumference is 62.5 cm (24.6 in) and the mask fits me perfectly. If one has a "small" face, the mask will probably be too large and will leak. A better choice for "small" to "medium" faces will be the Atomic SubFrame Mask Double Lens (with ARC).How to treat the fogging issue? This cause considerable problems to some owners of modern masks, even there are forums discussing it and not finding a solution. Before describing the practical steps for eliminating the fogging, I would like to describe to the reasons for it. During dive the air in the mask has 100% humidity and the water from it condensates on the glass. The first step to stop the condensation is the to remove the thin layer of silicone that remains on the glass after the manufacturing process (this is valid for almost all modern masks). One may find procedures for this by applying flame, scrubbing, using abrasive pasts etc. DO NOT APPLY THEM FOR A MASK WITH ARC as this may spoil the Anti Reflecting Coating (ARC). You can buy some pre-cleaners and apply them according to there instructions. However, there is a simple and more efficient way to remove the silicone layer called "toothpaste treatment". Apply a thin layer (say 0.1-0.3 mm) of toothpaste on both sides of the glass of the mask and leave it to dry completely (e.g. leave it to stay overnight). Then wash the toothpaste with a powerful stream of water (through a shower). If the fogging issue continues, which is unlikely, repeat the toothpaste treatment. The second and the last step to stop fogging during diving is to treat the inner side of the mask glass before diving. One may buy and use different defogging cleaners (like Sea Buff), apply some kinds of washing shampoos etc. Yes, they work but it is unlikely that your mask will not fog after, say, 1.5-2 hours. My experience shows that the best way to prevent fogging for, say 3-6 hours in the water is to split well the inner part of the glass of the mask with splitter and to frame it well. Leave the mask in this condition for, say, 1-2 minutes and then rinse the split with water 2-3 times. That is all, no fogging in the next hours of diving! At the end, my advice is to combine this mask with Atomic Aquatics SV1 or SV2 snorkel and/or SplitFins or BladeFins. My opinion is that there is not a better combination on the market now.I wish you a pleasant diving!

Rolls Royce of Dive Masks
This is hands down the most comfortable mask I have ever owned. I have always struggled with the nose pockets of masks because they would press up on my septum and make my nose sore, especially after long excursions. I just got back from Cozumel and wore the mask for up to 6 hours a day. Not only was it was comfortbale the entire time, but it barely even left a mask mark. With other frameless masks, I have found that my forehead tends to hit the glass, which is uncomfortable and leaves smudges. The subframe design on the Venom allows for the perfect amount of extra space inside the mask so that it does not squash my face into the glass, but is still low volume. The skirt is super soft and makes a fantastic seal on the face, and stayed secure and in place throughout all my dives. It did not leak a single time, and I barely had to tighten it at all.The clarity of vision underwater is absolutely superb- I forget I am even wearing a mask. The field of view is awesome, and the black mask does a good job of keeping out stray light. I did heavily prep the mask due to other reviews' warnings of fogging issues. I scrubbed with toothpaste and my finger 5 times, and also used a professional mask scrub 3 times. I had zero fogging issues whatsoever during my trip when using anti fog (I use Sea Drops). This is an amazing mask. It is on the more expensive end, but I think it's completely worth it. When I dive, I want the easiest, most comfortable, and best quality viewing experience, and the Venom delivers all that. It also looks really cool. I absolutely recommend this mask to all divers, and even snorkelers too.

This mask is by far my favorite.
This mask was amazing. It fit like a glove. It didn’t leak even with my beard. After I washed it with toothpaste it never fogged up. It was extremely clear and an absolute pleasure to snorkel and dive in. If your on the fence I would recommend buying it. The glass quality was phenomenal.

Good
Goggle reviews can sometimes be more a review of the shape of someone's face than of the goggle itself. These leaked on me for a bit, until I found the right amount of tension and then they finally stopped. I like them, I haven't really noticed a big difference in vision clarity from the ARC technology, but the rubber is soft and the vision is good, so it's at least doing it's job. Are they worth the additional money? I'm not sure. I tried on my wife's $50 pair of Cressi and barely noticed a difference between the 2, making me wonder if I overpaid a bit for these. Rated it 4 star because it is good, but not amazing.
