Years ago a friend made me tea from her time in India with authentic ingredients. It WAS the best chia tea I ever tasted until the moment I tried this tea. This tea is fantastic! The flavor is spot on. Go to India if you can, but if you can't quite make the trip, this tea will transport you there if only by it's authentic taste, smell, and sensation of traveling to another land. I love this tea!

This has a nice aroma with a careful mix of flavors.If you like citrus-based, low spice, and light-flavored chai, then this Supreme Spiced Chai is for you. If you like to add milk or make lattes, you *will* severely limit the flavor, and will probably find this to be quite disappointing.Supreme Spiced Chai seems more appropriate for drinking with limited/no milk and honey or other sweetener. I get the feeling this tea is more for a purest who doesn't like adding much to their tea.I'm going to try making it again to see if adjusting the brewing method changes the outcome. Current brewing method: using about 1.75 TB in an espresso machine (Bambino Plus).
