MedicoolPro 20k Power Electric File

The product is cheap and feels delicate. It broke within three months and I sent it to California to be fixed under warranty. Medicool would not honour the warranty and I had to pay another $257.00 to get it back with refurbished pieces.I bought another drill for 1/4 of the price and though it plugs into the wall instead of using a battery. The other drill feels like it has wayyy more integrity.Please save yourself the expense and heartache and stay away from this product.

Just recieve my Medicool pro power 20k tool for drilling manicure and pedicure. The description say "new" but when i open the box its does not look newish, very unorganize like they just throw all the stuff in there and most importantly, it's missing the motor handle bar which are very much needed for the bits drill and have scratches on the body. Missing the instruction booklet instead they place a ibd gel uv led lamp registration card. Maybe they should pack it right, because this item is missing parts and look like been use and abuse. i don't usually give bad reviews, if you were to see what was sent to me, you will be piss off. Either send me a brand new one for exchange or i want a refund!!!!!

Feels super strong and doesn’t stop while filing, I bought less then a year ago the gelish go file, worst mistake ever!I should have gone with my first option that it was this one 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ but hey u live and u learn.. the hand piece is not heavy, the batteries charges super fast and it last a long time.. Over all, I really like it

I've loved everything about this drill since I have been using it. I do wish that it wasn't quite as expensive as it is, however it does work great

I bought this a month ago, but didnt use it until 2 weeks ago. It's only been 2 weeks since I started using it and it's making some really loud noises and I can't use it properly. It got good review and all my nail techs got one and it worked fine. Just be careful cause you might get a defective one.
