El problema es el vendedor y el anuncio
Evidentemente son refurbished, pero no lo especifica en ninguna parte de este modelo, yo solo para confirmar, le pregunte al vendedor y le dije esto, pero sigue diciendo que es nuevo el producto, ya el tenerlo te das cuenta que no, tiene rayones, y detalles que si bien te va no tiene ningún problema, pero deben especificarlo siempre para no confundir al cliente.Ahora yo tengo unos nuevos y estos y si alcanzo a distinguir detalles leves en el micrófono, desconozco la razón pero para que se tome en cuenta.

Buen Producto llego antes del tiempo, solo hay que asegurar que el cable que se conecta al headset este bien conectado ya que si no lo esta solo se escucha un lado y se piensa que viene dañado, todo bien, buena compra!!

Probably fine for gamers
I was looking to use these for zoom calls. My main criteria in selecting a headset are that it be both comfortable and have good audio fidelity. The headset is comfy, and appears very well made to me. The headband is nicely padded and adjustable. The cups completely surround my ears. I thought the microphone had pretty good audio fidelity. All very nice!Unfortunately, I found that--like so many headphones and headsets these days--the bass was greatly exaggerated. Probably something that gamers enjoy, giving those gunshots and explosions extra oomph. For my purposes (mostly listening to and sending human voice) the extra bass is annoying.So, unfortunately, I'm sending them back. But if you don't mind exaggerated bass response, this headset is a bargain!

Funcionan muy bien aunque creo que son refurbished.
He comprado antes audífonos de la marca en otras ocasiones, sin embargo me llamó la atención que NO venía en una caja con diseño Astro. Sino era una caja blanca común y corriente. Pensé que eran piratas pero no.Si bien es cierto son originales y funcionan muy bien, tengo la impresión que son REFURBISHED pero eso no dice en ningún lado.
