This is a very good product. I like the high-concentration of amino-acids, as well as the balance between the quantity of Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine.I’ve been a regular user of BCAAs for years, and this is probably the brand I like the most. The tablets are easy to swallow, and the recovery effects are quickly felt.I usually train between 4-6 times a week, and BCAAs help me on the post-workout muscle recovery process. I usually take 2 tablets before and 1 tablet after my workout session. Honestly, it’s a worth a try, I’m feeling the difference and it’s improving my results at the gym.

I tested this product today. As someone who likes to workout in the morning on an empty stomach, I think BCAAs are pivotal to achieve good results. I chose to take 2 tablets before and 1 after the workout. I could tell that it helped me go through the workout with more energy than usual. Just started taking these, and am loving the results. I just put in my first reorder. Big tablets, but easy to swallow. Can tell when it kicks in at the gym, but no jitters or anxious feeling, just the desire to keep going. Great focus. I am taking 2 tablets 30 minutes before weight training, and on days i just do cardio I take 1 tablet 30 minutes before workout. Strong stuff! Great price. Looking forward to seeing what happens in 6 months! Recommend!

Talk about going into beast mode after you take a few of these pills and workout for a few weeks you can see the difference so can others besides that it gives you a lot of energy this product goes well beyond great it goes into monster mode
