This rug pad is great for the price and works well to keep a hallway runner from slipping on wood floors. I have a dog that loves running down the hall and back and this pad has kept the rug in place so I no longer have to readjust it several times a day. Keep in mind that it is not 2' x 8'. the dimensions are actually 20" x 90". This is actually an advantage in my opinion as you don't have to have it perfectly aligned or trim it around the edges to keep it from showing.

Bought a rug with a backnthat slips. This was a perfect fit and does the job nicely. The rug is in a heavy traffic area and can slip an inch or two here and there but I feel safe on it and do not at all worry the rug will slip and make me bust my butt. This item does exactly what it was intended to do.

I was looking for a cheap pad to go under a new rug in our laundry room. It does keep the rug in place pretty well, but I usually have to tweak it once a week as it seems to move slightly over time. When our cat get's crazy and starts tearing around the house, the rug does not stay in place at all - though to be fair, I don't think it claims to withstand "crazy cat time." Overall, for the cost it does a good enough job, but there are probably better ones out there if you REALLY need a rug to stay RIGHT where it is.

This product works well but just be sure to read the package. I bought 2 thinking they would fit perfectly under thatmy 8x12 rug but they are smaller than that. The product size is to the right not the size on the left (bottom right corner). I had order 2 more to compensate.

This is a bit thicker than other anti slip rugs that I've bought and it's grip strength is average. I bought several and use them on both hardwood and stained concrete floors with rugs/runners that have varying backings, and the rugs do still move a little though not enough to be dangerous. I just reposition the rugs about once a week so hide the edge of the liner that's become visible. For the price they're fine.

I have this rug that is right in front of my breakfront. I guess I washed it one to many times and the backing came off in the washing machine,on the floor everywhere. The rug was good and I didn't want to buy another. Well the Non Slip Rug Pad has done the trick. It is a great product.
