Could these bowl withstand oven temperatures?

These are very nice stainless steel bowls. Stainless steel is very heat tolerant to temperatures well above that which would be seen in a conventional oven. The natural (silver) colored bowls would be fine to use in an oven (at least the ones I have are plain stainless steel). As for the gold colored bowls, a process of some sort is used to obtain the gold coloring. That process is unknown and therefore it is unknown how heat tolerant it is. Because of that I wouldn’t use those in an oven.

How many ounces does a bowl hold?
