Great product worked well

I get targeted by all biting insects and bugs, so this bracelet could have been a godsend but turned into a nightmare.The bracelet comes in a wrapper bag, which is resealable and some vague instructions, and minor health warnings.I wore the bracelet for only one hour max, when I had a severe allergic reaction to the chemicals released from the bracelet. I was covered from head to foot in painful and itchy red patches. I immediatly took antihistamine tabs and consulted my GP who had to put me on a steroid And antihistamines programme for Seven days. Only after the 5th day some benefits could be seen. Even after seven days only an 80% improvement was evident. The odour from the bracelet is quite strong and penetrating. I would not use it for childrenI am not saying this product is bad, but better health warnings that a severe allergic reaction might be possible should have been made clear on the package. I was hoping that the new anti mozzie sprays are better than the old DEET from which I never suffered any reaction.

For me these were a life saver in Cuba. I wore this just above my watch and after a few hours didn't even notice it. I don't think this competes with a deet solution on the skin, but I hate wearing deet and I'm rubbish at reapplying it but these are useful for those time you don't think you need deet. For example - we went out for dinner but didn't realise the seating was outdoors. I still got bitten but significantly less than the other people I was with. I will definitely be buying them again if I go somewhere there are mosquitoes

Third one I've purchased over the year and seems to work well for my husband, no mosquito bites when wearing, bonus is it has a large adjustable strap which would fit most adult wrists and is comfortable. Arrived promptly

I got bitten 10cm above where I wore it on the first day, later more. Was back on deet soon afterwards

Spotted a wasp on an adjacent bracelet I was wearing at the time. Makes me think it doesn’t put off the bugs.
