The light above my shower requires a PAR30, long neck bulb that's 50W max. They don't exist. Big box stores do not carry them and can't get them. Online I found a dozen suppliers who said PAR30 long necks start at 75W. I had a burned out, Sylvania bulb in my hand that no one could replace and Sylvania discontinued. This 6 pack of 39W bulbs may not be as bright, but I have light in my shower that isn't a fire hazard and doesn't require me to install a whole new light fixture. I'm calling that a win. Thank you for making these.

Defective Merchandise
I purchased a 6 pack and only one if the 6 bulbs worked. The remaining bulbs had uneven threads, so they would not screw into the socket properly and turn on. I thought my sockets in two rooms were defective and called an electrician to fix/replace. He tried regular bulbs in all 3 burned out lights and they all worked. After he looked at the threads on these bulbs, he knew instantly that they were defective. Not only did I buy a product that doesnโt work, I had to pay for an electrician to diagnose the problem!
