Really a great value. I bought this telescoping rod and paired it with a BE3000 Plusino spinning reel. I was actually amazed by the feel and sensitivity as well as the backbone strength of the rod to set a hook. Any skepticism I had was gone after the 2nd cast when I landed a small large mouth. My 12yr old landed a 3lb+ one with ease just a few minutes later. I was impressed with how solid and smooth it felt, much closer to my 1-piece rods than I expected. The portability is awesome! Throw it under the seat in my pickup, on my bike, or sneak a few in the car during our next family road trip for when a "right time and place" magically pops up. Great product.

Ever since I got back into fishing about 5 years ago, I’ve been using Plusinno rods and reels (Bought close to 10). The first few were combos, and worked great, but the reels (3000) are just too big. So I decided to look for a separate rod and reel. Fortunately, Plusinno’s telescopic rods are very affordable and the customer service is great. I have bought several, and even though a couple have broken, customer service has quickly issued replacements. The quality is excellent, and they are so portable. I plan to buy many more rods in the future, and they have a lifetime customer in me. If they had a 2500 size reel associated with their rods, I would definitely plan to buy the combos again. Tight lines!

Product came with eyelet protector and a little carry pouch for storage. Overall it's a decent rod for the money , works good as a travel rod . I would recommend this rod for panfish or other small to medium species. I haven't tested it out yet in bigger fish like catfish , however I will update once I have . Overall at the price I believe it's worth it if you're looking for something to keep in a vehicle or RV as a spare or maybe even in a survival bag set up .

It's not a bad pole at all, it's just very brittle it snapped on my first use. Although I was a bit rough casting, it was still unexpected

I got this fishing rod because I needed a collapsible rod that I could easily take hiking or travel with that didnt cost too much in case it got sat on. This rod was perfect for the job! I paired it with a pulsinno reel and it works wonderfully. First of all it's super easy to set up, and can be done in less than 2 minutes if you have your reel and tackle ready to go. It also collapsed a lot smaller than I thought it would, making it ideal to take hiking or camping. Super lightweight, won't bog you down if you want to walk a ways to your fishing spot. We caught 2 fish in the first hour of using this rod our first time out, amped to see what we can get in the future. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical about a telescopic rod but after receiving mine and using it my skepticism as quickly destroyed I absolutely love mine it looks very sharp and preforms beyond my expectations

Absolute junk. I thought this would be a great pole to have to do some shore fishing where there is no boat landing on some remote lakes. Caught a 8" Crappie no trouble at all. Got about a 12" to 14" Largemouth Bass on, and it snapped the pole as you can see by the picture I attached in this review. Couldn't even land the fish as when the pole broke, the sharp edges cut my line.
