Hot Springs Spa Struts
These met the specs given to me by my local Hot Springs Spa dealer. They replaced the cover struts that Hot Springs wanted $95 each. Fit perfectly, works great and saved me over $150. Very happy!

Great for camper beds
Installed on 3/4” plywood for twin bed in camper (weight of mattress not including memory foam topper, egg crate topper, or bedding is 25lbs). Works great. Wish I had done this 3 years ago.

Decent but not adequate for Hot Spring hot tub covers (see review for more info).
It's smaller than the Watkins product that comes stock on Hot Spring hot tubs. This size is too small (thus too weak) for Hot Spring hot tub covers. It installed quickly and looks fine, it's just not heavy duty enough - I'll get the 80lb or higher version next time.

Works like a champ so far
I do use two of them on my Land Cruiser HZJ75 engine hood with a spare wheel on it. The lift weight is 38KG at the front of the engine hood, these 60LBS lift spring do a great job hear! Had two 40LBS before and they were not strong enough to keep the hood open.

Strong enough for truck cap
These aren’t quite as long as the ones I took off my Action Cap on my 2002 GMC Sierra, but they are strong enough. I replaced both the old ones as one was blown. During install, just one was strong enough to lift the hatch.
