I take this for general inflammation and not for pain management.I notice a difference in my lung capacity and in my hands within 20 minutes of taking it.I take it twice a day but I find I get better result without food. I do not feel nausea or anything with it.It even seems to help with some digestion with the ginger in it.

They are larger than I expected and not easy to swallow...

I have only been taking this for a week, but I can honestly say that it has changed my quality of life. I never realized how much inflammation I had in my body. I bought this for my arthritis, but after just one dose I started seeing and feeling the effects. I am hard of hearing and my hearing improved significantly! I have a full range of motion in my hands. The pressure pain behind my eyes is gone. My ibs is so much better. Hip pain has improved. Sinus problems improved. Better sleep. Other people have even commented on how much less swollen my face is and how much better my hearing is....it's noticeable even to other people! I now bought a bottle for my family and friends to try because it is making so much of a difference for me. I highly recommend. It tastes nasty, but is so worth it.

I suffer from terrible knee pain and swollen knees. It was difficult for me to walk down stairs. Since I started taking these supplements, my knee pain has been significantly reduced and I can now run downstairs virtually pain free.NOW I CANNOT STRESS THE ENOUGH BUT IT IS NOT A FOR Osteoarthritis. It just reduces the inflammation which is the source of a lot of the pain.There are still days when my knees are sore but for the most part it is much easier to get around. One last thing I should mention, it takes about 3 weeks or so before you will notice a reduction in knee pain and swelling so stay with it.

I suffer from arthritis in just about every joint in the body. Someone had recommended I try this item to reduce the pain. After two weeks I noticed no significant difference in pain reduction and threw this stuff in the trash returning to taking ibuprofen and Tylenol which did much better.
