I had another model od the Salome fajas I had ordered and loved its compression but the straps would dig in my armpit and the panty area would rise up exposing or letting my love handles be noticed. So I decided to purchase this one instead, i ordered an XL bc the other model I had was XL and fit me great (im 5'7" and weigh 170lbs , im 3 months post-partum) in this model XL was way too small so I sized up to 2XL and it is PERFECT!!!! Straps are sooo comfortable and dont dig in, the panty area doesnt rise up in the back and gives excellent compression to my love handles and the butt area is lifted and it makes my butt look much rounder and perkier (i dont have thaaat.much of a behind) the opening in the crotch area is awesome. I LOVE this girdle its perfect in all ways, its a perfection of the first one I had purchased.

Great purchase. Item as described and sturdy. Using it for 12 weeks post tummy tuck surgery. I had to wait another 4 weeks for swelling to go down. It is as tight and snug as it should be 144 pounds 5 ft tall. I purchased a xL. Seems to look very small but it fits well and binds me well. Cinches waist looks smooth under clothes
