Item was faulty and phone exchange now refusing to send a refund
The product screen stopped working. As I have been in local down the phone has pretty much not left my office. When returned I was then told that this IP67 rated phone had water damage and I would have to pay for it to be fixed. It had NEVER been exposed to water in my possession. Either this happened before it was sold or it is not true and the response is fraudulent. Process for getting refund is not how it was described in amazon renewed. 1 year guarantee is clearly not worth anything. Do not purchase from Phone Exchange!
