Colours and the print is so cute on this mug. Give me happy vibes every time I look at it. For less than 200rs hundred it's decent quality. The finish is not that great though, can find minor unevenness which does not effect the utility of the mug. In my house the mug will be dropped and broken eventually, so I don't need a mug that works for years, so this works for me. The product came wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap in box too big for it, saw lot of posts saying they got a broken mug, I got lucky ✌️

Due to think layer of bubble wrap the product inside was broken
I have seen this product at the miniso store. It looks good and sturdy. But I received a broken product due to bad very thin layered packaging. Although the box was intact the cup inside was broken. I have asked for a return and exchange with the exact same product. Hoping the bubble wrap and outer packaging will be better this time to receive a nice cup.

Cute mug
Cute elephant drawing, glossy finish, wonderful colour and I got it at a discounted price of Rs.165/-The only thing that bothers me is that Miniso is a Chinese company selling products falsely claiming to be designed in Japan. I wouldn't wanna support Chinese economy.

Good product but product image misleading.
The product is very good as such but the product image had an elephant drawn on the mug which was missing on the product delivered. I didn’t return because it is a hassle and as said earlier there is no problem with the product. But the mug was bought because it looked cute and what I got was a plain mug.
