Very Unsatisfied
I wish to I could explain, this item torn after a very few times of wearing it, just short of been able yo send it back. I must give you notice that the item looks cheap, like cardboard when you are touching it. Hope this helps some body.

Too wide for people with a short core
I have given four stars for support because it is a really well made belt, firm but soft. The downside is it’s very wide, not comfortable for people with a short core as it sits low on the hips and is prone to rub.
