Don’t eat this as a stand alone soup. Use it as a base for soup. Add the macaroni 15 minutes before the dish is completely cooked. Then, you will have a delicious soup. I sauté onions, garlic, chiles, halved Brussels sprouts, chopped broccoli and mushrooms then add the soup packet ingredients. 😛

This has 3 servings and according to the pouch its 25.4mg of Iron per serving. That's enough for your whole day and some people might even feel the effects of that. Anything above 60mg is considered toxic. I've done a ton of searching to see if people got sick off of this and nobody mentions it. Bizarre! I'm going to try a serving and see how I feel, I'm hoping it was just an error.

I would not recommend this soup mix. The flavor was not very good and I felt I had to add something to the mix, like beans or pasta, because there was so little substance to the soup.

Not at all like the package photo. Brown colored broth with ting dehydrated vegetables? And broken shell pasta. Quote from back of package description in small print: "Contains bioengineered food ingredient." I imagine if I put salt/monosodium glutamate in used dish water & boiled it, this soup concoction would taste like Knorr Sopa Mexicana Minestrone Soup. A never-purchase-again item! Doesn't deserve even one star rating!

I just ordered 12 of these. They are all Expired!! I want my money back!!

Too strong flavor

The Knorr Sopa Mexicana Minestrone arrived today, April 20, 2022. However, all 12 packs of the soup mix had "Best if Used By" date of March 25, 2022. I am unable to return this order.
