I have owned many hair dryers. In truth many of those were bought from the local pharmacy chain: Revlon, Conair etc. None lasted very long. Next, last year I asked my hair stylist which brand she would recommend., Babyliss. Got that on Amazon. Expensive. Literally expired with smoke emitting from it within one year. I am a casual hair dryer user. I have long hair just below shoulders, not crazy thick and I use rarely from June - October. My conclusion is that most are just junk. So this brings me to my most recent purchase of the VAV Blow Dryer. Well designed in many ways. The handle coating makes it very comfortable, better grip but not sticky. Very pleasant. Also, good shape nose, good options including the cold shot and not heavy. Plus some people commented about the cord length. It is long. Plenty long. I highly recommend this hair dryer. Immediately you will know that this is a quality dryer. I'm hoping I do not have to update this review in one year;)

Bought this for my wife because her consist made my ears ring from the other room. She was hesitant to use it but it’s quiet-er. Works great and best of all no brain damage and hearing loss from the jet engine she was using before. Works as advertised. And no I️ did not get any discount for my review, although that would be nice.

Works very well! Gets nice and hot and blows hard, everything I like from a blowdryer. It also has an options for gentle and warm, very versatile. Only downside I have is that the cord could be 1/2 longer for my wrapping style to reach back and tuck into itself, but then again, how are they to know how I wrap it up. It does come with a Velcro strap to hold the cord which is probably but better for the longevity of it! Also, very lovely bright blue and soft smooth feel!

Bought this last December, just burned out a year later

This is a powerful hairdryer. I've had it almost 3 years and my puppy just chewed the cord. I'm really sad that it's no longer available. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I've just started using this, about 2 weeks. I'm liking it. Only thing I have to watch is how I grip this handle...the rocker switches for heat temp and high/low move very easily and it's too easy to change as I'm working on my hair.

I'm impressed by this hairdryer. It heats up super quickly and provides sufficient air. The attachment it came with helps with styling which I like a lot as a person with curly hair. Really good overall for a good price.

I used this to blow up inflatable pools and such since it has a no heat option.
