The reviews were all over the place. No one really answered the questions I had- so I'll answer them. Firstly, the neck piece is a choker and it's Velcro. It came huge and would not fit my neck, but you can always sew it or use a safety pin. Second, the frilly cuff looking things are for your thighs, they are stretchy, and I put them over the socks so that they could hold them up. Also made the socks cuter lol. The straight white ones are for your wrists, and are not stretchy, and they also came being way too big for me. Third, the socks ARE STRETCHY. But they aren't great for those of us who are on the chunkier side. Both bows were hot glued on and fell off, but I still like them. Socks are definitely made for shorter people. Fourth, the sizing is really off. Myself, and some other customers who are a bit chubby, expected the sizes to run small but they actually run bigger. I am 5'1, and 170 lbs, so I was really paranoid about it fitting me so ordered a 3XL. The black dress portion is huge, but with the apron, it really pulls it together. But the sleeves and the straps were falling off of my shoulders and the skirt was rather long on me. I'm a short girl lol. If I order this again, I am going to go for an 2XL so that it can still be a bit loose, but be tighter all around. For skinny customers, this outfit isn't for you. Based on reviews, it really looks like even the small size is pretty big. Just beware of that. Fifth, the ears are really cute and probably the most quality item out of this whole outfit. The seams on everything was a little janky, but for $40, the whole outfit was pretty great. The main parts of the outfit that was rough looking was the pair of gloves, but they are cute. Last of all- THE SKIRT WILL NOT BE PUFFY WITHOUT A PETTICOAT. it is just one layer of fabric that will fall flat, but the apron does give a bit of volume. I bought a $20 petticoat to go with it and it made it pretty bouncy and fluffy.

This maid dress set gets 5 stars from me, because of how cute it is and it’s great for the price, especially with all the accessories! The sizing was pretty solid; I actually ordered a couple sizes up initially because I was worried it would be too small and had to exchange for a size down. The thigh garters are super stretchy and fit/stay up around my massive thunder thighs! The cat ears are super fluffy, and the dress is overall really comfy! That being said, there are some things to note. If you have big arms/thighs like me, you may have some trouble with the gloves and tights, as they were a bit tight on me. You could still wear them, but you might need to wear the socks as just knee-highs/have the gloves bunched up a bit. I have a small chest, but if you’ve got a bigger chest definitely size up because the way it’s made, it’s a bit smaller in the chest area. If you’re short, the apron straps might be a bit long, but that’s not too tough to adjust! The apron itself ties on so it’s easy to accommodate for different sizes or help cinch the dress in if it’s too big in the waist. This is more nit-picky, but some of the bows (like the one on the choker) are sewn on down the middle instead of having a knot in the middle. I don’t particularly like this look but again, it’s something fairly easy to fix. Pick your size based on measurements as opposed to the weight ranges in the size chart. I went off the weight ranges at first and the dress ended up being too big on me. Some of my info: 5’2”, 218lbs, most of my weight is in my thighs, upper arms, and stomach.

Super cute costume. But size up. I’m a 14 and had to get a 3x. It fit perfectly.

It looks like the picture, but it's really only made for people with plenty of chest and butt. I got a medium because I'm 5'7" and I didn't want it to be too short, but the chest area was so loose I could've fit 6 identical copies of my boobs in there with my own. Like seriously, I put the dress on and my man could fit his entire head in there WHILE I WAS WEARING IT. Don't get a medium unless you have D cups or bigger, or at least know how to sew and can adjust the dress yourself. I have B cups and this dress was a boob tent. Still though, it was very breathable and you can control how tight it is around your waist, which was very nice because I have breathing issues and I could still wear this very comfortably. The socks are SUPER thin though; I could see my toes through them at all times and in all different lightings and I don't like that. Very lightweight dress.

excellent maid cosplay! most of the ones I’ve purchased on Amazon are flimsy and not true to size. but this one was great! it’s the only one to fit my chest well, so I may be biased 🙂‍↕️ this works super well with other cosplay materials, and is easily customizable!

The size is spot on and this is really well made. Includes a lot of extras that I didn't need for the costume, but great deal for the price. The picture is without a lot of the bows and such as I had to modify forvthe costume FYI

Images do not show everything off or does not the exact items. Everything fits fine, but the gloves would be better with some grips to not slide down the arms. The fluffy cuffs are a bit big, but I would not prefer them anyway. The shoulder part wants to slide down, too. The main part is not easy to put on at first glance, but the other small parts are fine.

Bought it for a friend's cosplay. Dress is great, the fit is exactly as advertised. A bit big, but that's on our part as we got the wrong size, but it still works for what we need it for. Ears are really soft and cute too.

I'm a standard 2x and the 2x size was so big on me. It's alright. Decently made. Worked for my haloween costume fine.
