Q: My friend just recived this and its not working the smoke is just going up not coming down into the draggon what could be wrong

Did you get backflow cones? They have a small hole in the bottom that makes the smoke go down instead of up. That could be your problem. I had no clue it was different until I googled it. Hope it helped!

It's at the top of the cave towards the back.it goes down into the cave..not cracked up for what it sounds like .. very unhappy

The light has a switch. It works with or without incense.
