I have three great nephews who visit with me quite often. They are all very close in age and aren't newborns, but I like having all these little tools on hand for when I need them. I love to brush their hair with the little brush. The thermometer is safe to insert in their little bottoms if they are ill as it is so flexible. It makes ME feel better, knowing that I'm not hurting them. When they are teething, most of the time, I love to massage their gums with the finger-tip "toothbrush". They seem to love it, too!! There are many other items, such as scissors to trim their nails, an aspirator for when they are congested, and more. The instruments are all in a nice little zippered case and I chose blue as they are all boys. There is also pink and white, I believe. There are many nice little instruments. I urge you to purchase this Baby Grooming Kit for anyone expecting. It makes a great shower gift!!! I do recommend it!

We have two kids now and back then we bought scissor this, scissor that, comb this, booger that. It was a bit of a struggle trying to figure out what to get/prepare for. This is where the kit comes into the picture because it provides parents (especially new ones) of the essential items you need to help keep your baby nicely groomed (especially those nails right?). This is totally giftable for any parents (again new parents especially). There is nothing fancy about this baby grooming kit, however, it is helpful to say the least, because some of the baby essential needs items are in the box (if you will). It feels cheaply made unfortunately.

The case that this set come in is nice. However, the set itself I believe is made very cheaply. It’s made with cheap plastic. The thermometer only works with Celsius not in Fahrenheit. Also, it doesn’t always give reliable readings. I will use the brush, comb, and the nail clippers, but the rest of this kit is not the best quality.

This is a complete grooming kit for a new baby, everything you need. The zipper case is great, I love the way it's made. Unfortunately, all the items inside have a very cheap, dollar store feel. They look like they will get the job done though. This set gets five stars for cuteness, two stars for quality.If you are considering this as a gift, keep in mind, it comes packaged in a clear cellophane wrapper that you will want to remove.
