Q: How do they taste when blowing up? Some balloons I've gotten taste really bad.

Q: will these glow in the dark under uv light?

If you spray them with uv paint they will.

Q: How many balloons were necessary to fill up these offices?

Each balloon is about 1 cubic foot in volume when inflated. The office we filled was 15' x 15' x 9' tall, so it right at 2000 balloons.

Q: Are these bright enough to glow under black light?

I haven't tried but I don't think so.
