The hydro brush is a liquid dispensing hair brush brought to you exclusively from club roots. It allows an unmatched user experience for delivery of topical hair loss treatments to your scalp. How does it work? The treatment applies to the scalp at the tip of each bristle, which only allows the treatment to flow when there is pressure applied to the ball. This pressure happens when you are physically brushing your head. This ensures that no treatment gets on your hair. How to fill the hydro brush? The handle of the hydro brush unscrews to allow the brush to be filled with 60ml of serum. It then seals tightly so there is no leaking. Why use the hydro brush? Have you ever tried a dropper or sprayer to apply hair growth treatments? There is no simple way to use these applicators without hair growth material getting on your hair. This causes the hair to get wet and clump together causing your styling to be off. The hydro brush by club roots allows you to use treatment without affecting the appearance of your hair. Hair growth treatments work well when applied twice daily. Applying foam with your hand or serum with a dropper ends up being cumbersome and frustrating. Review: Roots Hair Club is a really great brand, amazing invention with the Hydrobrush - Iโve been using hair growth treatments and products from a lot of different companies over the years. Iโm in the business world and think a lot about this. My general observations about this versus other products: 1. Iโve been using minoxidil for a while, and this brush is the best way to apply hair growth treatments I have ever seen. It is far superior to sprayers, because treatment gets directly on your scalp and not your hair, so it doesnโt affect style. My liquid minoxidil deposits 100% to my scalp with a few brushes, none of my coworkers can tell Iโve applied anything. 2. There is a high attention to detail in all aspects of this product, even from the box it arrives in. The brush is made of solid thick plastic, with a soft-touch lid that keeps it secure and protected. It seals very well, there is no leaking at all. 3. I never knew there was more that one can do besides liquid minoxidil, but after reading more about this brand it looks like there are new options. Iโm a skeptic, but it seems that Paretoโs principle applies here: minoxidil probably drives 80% of the results, but for the remaining 20% of the results are driven by Spark brush liquid from Roots. I just started this treatment, will wait 3 months and see if it helps. 4. There are no instructions that come with this, but its pretty easy to use. Just open the cap on the handle and pull out the plastic seal, then fill with minoxidil. Seal and you are good to go for the next month (or so). Usage all depends on how many times you brush your head, sometimes I go through bottles faster now but Iโm getting complete scalp coverage so that makes sense. This might be the best news that has happened to hair loss sufferers in a long time. I really hope that if you are reading this and debating if you should take action, you donโt hesitate and start. As someone who has kept his hair loss in check, Iโve realized that the key is starting early and using all the treatments available that work for you. Donโt over think it. Every day you wait is another day your hair gets damaged, and like anything, prevention is ALWAYS better than the cure. Review: Glue dissolves in Rogaine - Club Roots HydroBrush, Liquid Dispensing Hair Brush for Hair Growth Treatments and Serums This was fantastic, at first. It really was easy to apply Rogaine, worked great. After a few months, it was dripping, I was thinking it was coming through the bristles or, I was using it incorrectly. As a winter visitor to AZ, last May I stored it in a zip lock bag, on its back, cover on, in the drawer of my vanity. The house is air conditioned. I came back now in November, took it out of the zip lock, all of the Rogaine that was in it was in the zip lock. The brush was wet. I put it under the faucet to rinse it off, and it came apart in my hands. It seems the top/bottom halves are glued together and the glue was completely dissolved. I am very disappointed. I am going to try to attempt to salvage it with silicone glue. Wish me luck.

Only lasted about 6 Months
This was my first impression: This brush works great and does exactly what it is intended to do. It distributes liquid evenly on the scalp. I've had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep the bristles pointing upward at all times to prevent the product from leaking out. It seems to dispense exactly the right amount. If I hadn't found this tool, I probably would have given up trying to apply a product to my scalp twice daily. This brush makes it effortless. It's now six months since I wrote my review. The brush is leaking so badly I cannot use it and had to throw it away. As much as I liked using it, I can't recommend buying one

FELL APART IN LESS THAN 45 DAYS
**DO NOT BUY***. The glue dissolves and pieces separate. I got it on March 28 and it was useless by May 10. UPDATE****. I changed from 1 star to 3 stars. If buying this to use with rogaine/minoxidil, still do not buy....YET. They refunded my money, hence the rating change to fair. They informed me that Club Roots is working on improving the brush to work with other products, ie. Minoxidil. The function of this brush is fantastic but it falls apart due to the glue dissolving. If/when the glue/joint is secured and this brush is able to stand up to having minoxidil in it for long periods of time, I WILL BUY THIS AGAIN ONCE IT IS IMPROVED. It really does work well. The darn thing just feel apart.

Great Product! Takes the awkwardness out of applying hair loss medicine.
I've recently begun fighting a two-front war against male pattern baldness on both the front and back of my head. As someone who's not ready to lose their hair yet, I've looked at many products in the industry in search of a cure. I found the Roots Hair Club Hydrobrush an excellent addition to my daily routine, for both the ease of use and the quality of the product. The brush is a piece of quality workmanship. Out of the box, the design of the brush is sleek and feels high-tech, yet unlike other applicators out there this is sturdy and well-made. The design is very intuitive and the brush is easy to fill up. My first use confirmed that this product has been what I've been searching for--something to greatly simplify the process of applying Monoxidil to my head twice a day. Application with medicine droppers (more like "turkey basters") or via a foam pump involves getting chemicals all over your hands and takes longer, whereas this is as simple as combing your hair. Roots even has an informative (and dapper!) website, [...]. From the looks of it, it appears that they're just getting started as a company, but if their quality of product portends their future success, I expect the blog to be a hub of information from the anti-hair-loss community. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will look to them for my hair loss treatment needs.

pretty much delivers upon it's promise
pretty much delivers upon it's promise. one benefit is the ability to scrub the scull (that is if you want and how hard you want... ) with the pins of the brush while applying the liquid. The pins are strong enough and will not bend or break off while doing that. Well made. The only problem is that you have to keep on its back while not using it so the liquid inside it will not drip out (slowly but still).

I am using it with the spark fluid that came with the brush. No minoxidil or any third party serum. It's still 1 or 2 days short of completing it's first week. Till now, no signs of leakage. But i am not using it alone, I still use my minoxidil spray. I still take my finasteride. And since, i have to use minoxidil the old way, the messy way with a sprayer. It really doesn't solve anything. But i knew that when i bought it. It's just an efficient way to put something on ur scalpe which probably doesn't even help hairloss due to genetic baldness. Until, they develop a brush that can be used with minoxidil long term with minimal maintenance/repair effort cost it remains a snake oil delivery system for men with Androgenic alopecia. it's actually my second purchase of the hydrobrush, the first one i ordered from their site directly, one and a half years back, but the product never reached me and i did not get any refund either. Now that this product is available via amazon and LussoLiv, so i can atleast trust the transport chain. To Roots club hydrobrush company - u need to come up with a better product or with information that can make ur product better in the long run for use with mixoxidil. Information like how to unclog and how to refix without leakage, in case that happens.
