This table feels and looks very high-end. Assembly was super simple and took about 45 minutes. Some reviews mention there are no holes to attach the legs to the tabletop, but the included screws go right in with a screwdriver. No drilling needed! Just have to pay attention to the alignment before fastening. I would buy again

So far, very happy with this purchase. Was looking for an expandable, black kitchen table. This one is quite substantial and seems very well made. The leaf is pretty easy to use and is conveniently tucked under the table itself, so no additional storage necessary. There are some “dents” on the edges, that are intended to be there, I presume to make it more farmhouse style. I could really have done without them, and didn’t notice them in the photos, but they don’t take away from the table substantially, for me. Overall a nice dining table that I hope can withstand our daily use.

Overall we are pleased with the table. Pros: It's attractive, quite heavy, and the leaf mechanism works really well. We feel it's a good value. Cons: I could do without the manufactured "distressed" edge - it's clear it was done on purpose and doesn't add to the table, however, it doesn't necessarily take away the attractiveness either. My wife doesn't seem to have an issue with it, I just think it would look better without it. It's pretty stable when it's closed, but you definitely don't want to be leaning too heavy on the ends when the leaf is in place. Assembly was not bad, but like several other reviews - there are no mounts or even predrilled holes for the legs to attach. There are some hand drawn marks where you align the legs, but it's up to you where you screw them down. There really should be imbedded mounts that accept a bolt vs simple screws. Three of the sixteen screws stripped out easily also. There are eight per leg so it's still secure, but for a table this heavy it should really have better mounting for the legs. My biggest complaint is actually with the packaging: we ended up with three commercial size garbage bags full of non-recyclable styrofoam. It's unconscionable in this era to produce so much one-time use waste.

Packaged quite well, assembly very easy, extremely sturdy design. The extra leaf design in the table is a bonus. My husband is a wood worker and was significantly impressed with this table and design. He is very picky, so that says ALOT! Will have to see how it holds up over time. But really like this table for the size, color, design, value, etc.

This table is great, and exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a modern chic dining room set that would look minimal at the same time and this fit the bill. Because it’s like you can expect it to get dusty very often but that’s one of the cons with getting this sort of color. Very easy to put together, definitely get this table. I got the matching bench as well!

We were looking for a nice, sturdy black table for our new home. Received this one in a short amount of time from ordering. Over all it was packaged well but does have a pretty noticeable scratch on the top. Because it’s so large, it wouldve been too much of a hassle to pack up and return.
