Poor quality, not worth the price.
Everything in this set needs assembly! The banner doesn't have the string attached the cupcake toppers don't have the toothpicks attached and the cake topper looks cartoon like and blurry. The balloons were the only nice thing but not $24 nice. I returned it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Not worth it. Cheap crap!!
Banner not stringed together. Cup cake toppers have to be glued together with the toothpicks that came with them. Only thing good was the balloons but haven't blown them up yet. Very disappointed, it's not even $18 worth. Never again!

Not as described.
I ordered this twice and both times the stickers were not included. The item description should be changed to not have the stickers in it of they're not going to send them. Very disappointing.
