the description of these states that they are china made but they are made in america
i should have kept these out of package to show how well this is made but i may return to get the 2ft model these are the 4 ft. model so i re-packaged them. they are heavy duty and do lock down tight when you adjust them to the correct lenght. i dont really want to cut to proper lenght in fear they will fray ,check for correct lenght before you buy,i had to guess because my boat was in storage at the time doesnt hesitate to buy great product

Very pleased with transom tiedowns. Sturdily built but especially like the pad that protects the boats from being scratched when securing the tiedowns. a quality product!!
