I bought this portable toilet while potty training my son to go out. I found it very convenient. I kept it in my car so any time we went out to the stores, to visit family or long road trip it came in handy my son is not too heavy because on some reviews I read that toilet was falling inside as their child sat on it. It does bend but it’s stable enough to not fall. I didn’t find that as an issue. I like the cushions seat and the way it folds into small toilet. I am not using it as every day toilet I don’t think it’s made that strong for that.

I'm am going to give a detailed and honest review so others will not buy this product. First off, I ordered 3 diff travel potty seats because there were so many mixed reviews. This is not a Mommy's Helper at all, right out of the package it felt cheap. Like others said, it is made to sit on the front of the toilet, there is no way to put it anywhere else on the toilet. And because of that there is zero support on the back of the of the potty seat. I put it on my toilet, which fit just fine, but with barely pushing my hand on it, it began collapsing in. The plastic construction is just not strong enough, I would never put my 28 lbs daughter on this.Also if you are contemplating the Primo folding potty seat, it is not much better. The plastic is def stronger but has the same issue with it sitting on the front of the potty with zero support in the back. It withstood more weight with me pushing on it but I would not trust it to hold a child safely.Finally, the Potette Plus is the winner by far!!!! Great quality plastic and very sturdy! I have no fear of this collapsing under my daughters weight, it's impossible for it to do that any way. It also serves as a potty she can sit on, put the liner in and tada! Works great! Also has biodegradeable liners to use for the full potty mode, which would be great for camping and other outdoor fun. I was worried about it being too large but it's not at all, fits great in my tote/baby bag, it measures 9.5x9.5x3. This little product is perfect for when your toddler is in training. It's soft and has cushion, unlike most other portable seats. It folds up so it fits perfect in your bag. It even comes with a bag to store it in! You can even use it at home, as it's quick to unfold and refold. I Love this product!

We bought this for traveling with my son. In theory, it's great since it's so compact. However, anytime my son shifts a little, the seat collapses into the toilet - making it useless.

I have purchased about 3 other travel potty seats and this one is the only one I have been pleased with. Although it's not perfect ( and let's face it, there really isn't a 100% PERFECT option), this one does the job. You do have to pay attention to the directions of where the cushie needs to be placed or you could end up dumping one side of your toddler's bottom in the toilet. The is very soft, cleans easily, folds up nicely and fits in a my son's bag for travel. It's is slightly bulkier than other options, but that doesn't bother me in the least. My son is almost 3 years old and has a slim bottom. This was the perfect size for him. The only downside to this toilet is that I did notice it seemed a little less stable on some toilets that weren't standard size. No matter, it worked regardless. I don't know anybody who puts their child on the toilet and leaves for 10-15 minutes , so just by monitoring the situation, you can make it work.

My nearly 3 year old son potty trained on a small toilet in our home, and did just fine, but had trouble making the transition to a regular sized toilet, which made going anywhere very difficult. I had investigated the folding potty seats at the store, but had heard that people had problems with pinching, etc. I saw this one online and I liked that it was cushy, and that it had a carrying case. We gave it a try, and it was wonderful! Contrary to some other reviews, I think it folds up pretty small for what it is. I mean, after all, it is a cushioned potty seat - it's not going to fold to the size of a dixie cup. I tend to carry a larger purse, and I find that it's very easy to throw in my bag. I love that it comes with a carrying case. My son is all about being a big boy and taking care of himself, and he takes a lot of pride in being able to carry it himself when we make a trip to the restroom, and that it's easy and safe to fold so he can do that himself, too. He's using it at home, too, so I put a little hook in our bathroom, and he hangs the bag on the hook so we always know where it is. It has been a great tool to help him learn to use the regular toilet, and feel independent while learning!

Agree that it is on the flimsy side. But I guess the trick is to push it all the way back of the toilet set. It improves the support a lot

This works well on small Toilet seats. Large ones or normal is very tricky to get just right or the sides slip in the bowl when the child sits on the seat. Even though instructions are to place towards back it does not work well. I have to half hold my child and hold the seat. I wish there was an attachment of some kind to make it stronger.

Por higiene cuando salimos siempre usamos este, ya que es cómodo y portable.Además, la niña se ha hecho a él muy bien ya que tenemos otro parecido en casa y no le ha costado trabajo.Ahora podemos salir con él y con la tranquilidad de poder ir al baño sin problemas.
