NICE LIGHTS

Pros:1. Bright - REALLY BrightI thought from the specs that it would take two of these for each 24" x 48" 4-bulb fluorescent fixture that it replaced. ONE of these puts out as much actual light as two 48" four bulb fluorescent fixtures.2. Daylight color - Feels light daylight outside3. Perfect drop in for a 2x2 ceiling grid4. Smooth light - You cannot see any individual LEDs. The light is uniform and looks just like the entire panel is glowing as a homogeneous surface.5. Silent - There is no noise or hum6. Can be controlled by a dimmerCons:One was bent when it arrived from damage to the box and was quickly replaced.These are excellent lighting units. Although they appear to be expensive they are cheaper than fluorescent lighting in the long run. At roughly $60 per unit it equals the cost of a 2x4 fluorescent fixture with 4 bulbs BUT the cost of electricity is less and the biggest thing is that fluorescents burn out a lot. In my office even with all new bulbs, in two years we have a significant number of bulbs either out or dim. LEDs don't have that problem.
