Go to AT boot for all conditions

I've skied extensively in this boot on several continents in mild and harsh conditions and it's been a solid performer. It is incredibly lightweight and the range of motion for skinning is incredible. For my standard winter tours in Colorado and Canada I use a 23.5, which is true to my street shoe size. For colder climates I upsize to a 24 Intuition liner for thicker socks and the performance is not compromised. These boots turn into mean machines on the downhill with stiffness that I've only found in much beefier, heavier ski boots. Getting in and out of them is a bit of a task that becomes easier with use, but the slick tongue opening keeps the profile small and locks my feet into position snuggly, making it a snappy, reactive performer. Could not be happier with this boot and hope it doesn't leave the SCARPA line anytime soon.
