Eleven shampoo and conditioner are unbelievable!
This is a great product. I have used for several years. I will try something different but always go back to Eleven. It adds wonderful moisture to my permed hair.

Cheaper in salon
I love this shampoo and conditioner, however it is cheaper at the salon

Too much tape!!!
The product showed up with so much tape on it that it took forever just to unravel all of it and then it left that tape residue all over it so my bottles are now all sticky and gross!!!

MADE IN CHINA, NOT AUS
I bought this in hoping it would be a deal compared to my wife’s salon. The stuff she gets from the salon states “made in Australia” (see photos). Stuff on Amazon is made in China. Fantastic.Unless of course, PRC stands for something other than “People’s Republic of China”.

Terrible ingrediants and made in China!
Do not buy this product. Ordered this product through my salon because that is what my hairdresser uses. There are about 4 ingredients listed on the website, which should have thrown up a red flag right away, I figured ok all good ingredients right WRONG! Full of PEGs, alcohol, sodiums, parabens, dimethicone, polymers, sulfates PARFUM, which is all a big NO for me. I was trying to buy a shampoo and conditioner with no endocrine disruptors or harmful ingredients. And Made in PRC!!! not from Australia like the bottle claims Made in Peoples Republic of China! DO NOT BUY
