Fit the instrument panel on my 1984 Chevy truck just fine. Yes, you have to make sure they're plugged in right -- if the light doesn't work, flip it 180 degrees to get the + and - sides right. After dropping one of them three times, I marked one side with a Sharpie so I could remember which side was up when I put in, in case I had to flip it again. Only "issue" is that these are not dimmable. On my truck, they're just bright enough, so I don't mind that, but your mileage may vary. And all 10 of the bulbs I received work fine.

Color temp is probably about 5000K, so it's like a pinkish white. If you're looking for that crisp, bluish 6000K white, this isn't your bulb. I rolled the dice since THE LISTING DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION (hint, hint) but I have to return it now and get the right color bulb from another seller. That being said, if you're OK with whatever color, this seems to be a good product.

Exactly what I was looking for. To brighten and refresh the look of the instrument panel. I notice the difference in the brightness. I would say the light is much crisper but not too bright. The white is definately a nice warm white. I've found many white LED bulbs to have too much blue but these are perfect. They're dimable. The less lit areas in the picture, existed with the standard bulbs as well. Thanks for a great product!

Worked in some spots but not well in others

Could be brighter, but i am using black face gauges.
