Great product, it really helps when you’re feeling stuck and can’t figure out what to write in your therapy notes, but this is pretty helpful to at least give you some ideas and it has everything written out for you already

Helpful to streamline treatment plan writing. Also nice because you can pull from their examples and modify to meet your style of practice.

The best feature of this is the inclusion of a little icon next to goals and objectives that meet evidence based practice requirements. It is very detailed, has lots of options to use for common issues, and is great for anybody who suddenly develops writer’s block when writing notes! Frequently gets borrowed by coworkers at my office.
