A lot of lures great value for money for you or even a gift the only thing you need to buy separately is hooks the hooks in here are for sun fish and trout and this kit is mostly for bass besides that pretty good variety of lures.

This is a huge assortment of tackle, great if you're starting from scratch. I was most impressed because of the price, I got it on sale for around $25, and for that price, this is an amazing kit. The case it comes in is totally packed solid. But, once you start taking things out and using them, it is very much more difficult to get the case closed. No biggie if I have to take some out to travel or even get a second/larger case, because the sheer amount of tackle in here makes the case not even an issue. There are a lot of pieces, and such a variety, everything from simple shining spinners to monster hooks and fake frogs! This would make a fantastic gift for anyone who loves to fish! I am going to be buying my son one because he saw mine and begged me for it. Not a chance! Very happy with this purchase!

Ok set but already has paint chipping off and lures have started to show rust after 2 uses. Some good pieces in there but others are junk.

I purchased this as a gift for someone and really hapoy with it. For a casual fisherman, its a fantastic value. Lures include frogs, shinners, worms, crawfish, grasshoppers, etc. A large variety perfect for freshwater fishing. As others mentioned, the box isn't very large (coffe cup for reference) and I would imagine if not packed exactly as shipped it may be messy but its an easy enough fix with a larger tackle box and lets face it, lures get lost. One of the small boxes of hooks popped open so the sizes are all mixed up but it doesnt really matter. Again, a causual fishman doesnt mind using a #3 vs a #4.

I purchased this set because of the price and assortment of lures. When I received it, it exceeded my expectations.There are hard soft and metal fishing pieces. it's for all types of fishing mostly in fresh water and light bay salt water, ponds and lakes and streams. Great set for anyone who likes a variety of fishing Like I do. The tackle box that is comes in is also perfect for gifting. This way my dad can either use the box for the current lures or, take out the items, and have an emergency storage for fishing supplies. If you look at my pictures you'll see how beautiful and functional all the pieces are.This is wonderful!
