Well, they are magnetic so that's the three stars... but since you generally need to fix two to attract each other... the indent for the screw needed to be on the plus side on a half of them and on the minus side on the other half... which it wasn't. So the screw is in the way and the magnets loose strenght due to the distance caused by the screw's head.

They're small but remarkably strong, and the hole in each enables their easy attachment to whatever you want.

Absolutely perfect for fixing our oven door. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
